Terms and Conditions of Renting from Jones Dumpsters LLC (JD)

Payments and Charges

By renting from Jones Dumpsters LLC (JD), you agree to pay for the collection and disposal of all materials specified in the agreement. Additional charges may apply for services such as dig out, blocked containers, excess disposal, cancellations or changes, trip charges, and relocation charges. These fees will be billed to the credit card on file promptly as services are provided.

Conversation and Communication

No communication will be made between Jones Dumpsters LLC (JD) and the customer outside of this website or with an agent of Jones Dumpsters LLC. Any payment made outside of those two entities will be the responsibility of the customer and Jones Dumpsters LLC cannot be held liable. 

Waste Material

You represent and warrant that all materials placed in the container meet the requirements for disposal.

Driveways and Parking Areas

You grant JD access and right of way that is sufficient for the weight of the container and its contents. You assume all liabilities for damages and costs incurred in placing and removing the container.

Unacceptable Waste

The following materials are not accepted: hazardous waste, chemical waste, oil and filters, radioactive materials, solvents, paint, antifreeze, appliances, tires, mattresses, medical waste, animals, and all liquids. Please refer to your local landfill guidelines for proper disposal. Any fees for illegally dumped materials are your sole responsibility and will be charged to the card on file promptly.

Overfills and Offloads

You are responsible for not overfilling the container beyond its capacity. If the material exceeds the rim of the container, you will be responsible for offloading or relocating the excess materials. In the event that the container cannot be removed, a wasted trip fee of $250 will be charged to the card on file.

Equipment Care

The equipment provided by JD remains the property of JD. By renting from JD, you assume all responsibility for damage or loss to the container, except for normal wear and tear. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JD against all claims, losses, damages, and penalties related to the use of our containers while in your possession.

Delivery and Pick Up

All deliveries and pickups are at the discretion of the driver. You are required to provide ample access to a level drop point for delivery. JD will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the delivery and pick up of the container. If access or a level drop point is not provided upon delivery, a wasted trip fee of $250 will be charged to the card on file.

Attorney Fees and Related Costs

In the event of a breach of contract by you, you shall be responsible for attorney fees and costs incurred by JD to enforce this contract.

Refunds

Any refund or credit requests must be made within 30 days of the original contract. The issuance of refunds or credits will be at the sole discretion of JD.
